Mastering Mass Timber Costs – A Roundtable Workshop

In partnership with ULI Portland, this workshop will connect designers, contractors, and other key industry professionals with developers to discuss critical decisions and strategies for successful mass timber projects. The roundtable format will facilitate conversation about project delivery methods, prefabrication, costing, and navigating insurance—with the added benefit of shared perspectives across team roles. Attendees should expect to gain insights into others’ experiences unique to mass timber and learn best practices for successful collaboration.

5:30pm – 6:30pm : Networking happy hour
